How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and provide quotes.
- To assess job applications.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used (analytics, with consent).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers to run the website and handle messages, including our web hosting provider, our email delivery tools, a backup form-delivery service (FormSubmit), Calendly for bookings, Google (Analytics and Fonts) and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. They process data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete or anonymise them.
Cookies
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept. Declining does not affect how the site works.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
