Which hours will my professional work?
Your hours. UK business hours are our standard shift, so your hire is online when your office is. US and Canadian business hours are also available. Tell us your hours on the call.
Do they work only for me?
Yes. Each professional is dedicated to one client and works the hours you agree, in your tools, as part of your team.
What if the person is not the right fit?
Tell your account manager and we will replace them at no extra cost. (Terms to confirm.)
How do you keep my data safe?
Each professional signs a confidentiality agreement, works only in the accounts you give them, and you can remove access at any time. Tell us about any specific security or compliance needs on the call.
Which currency will I be billed in?
UK clients are billed in pounds (GBP). US and Canadian clients are billed in US dollars (USD).
Can I start part-time?
Yes. The Part-time plan covers 80 hours a month, about 4 hours a day. You can move to full-time whenever you need more hours.
Can I interview candidates before deciding?
Yes. You meet the shortlist on video and choose who joins. Nobody starts without your yes.
Can I start with one person and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with one professional. Add more at any time, and teams of 3 or more get volume pricing.
